I actually built this Notion template because I was tasked to rebuild the project management workflow at the SaaS fin-tech start up that I work for. Fast forward 5 years later, this is now how our entire Marketing department manages all of our projects and objectives, no matter how large the scope.

By using this system, we've been able to manage the marketing campaigns for not 1, not 2, but 3 different brands and successfully bring them to market.

Our startup is also not the only one that operates on this system! The OKR system is widely known amongst all the major tech giants such as Google, Amazin, Adobe, Intel, and more.

Now that's not the say that only people who work in tech should use this system. The OKR system was designed to help you align goals and targets to more easily accomplish them.
